I was looking for a new Subaru Legacy with a specific interior which took me out of state to McDaniels. Angel Mestey was amazing at helping me do everything over the phone and always answering my calls, even on his day off. They even shipped the vehicle to a closer dealership to make pickup easier. I was very impressed with the service. I had barely settled in enjoying the snacks and I was told that my car was ready. The young man was very, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as I had many. I was told at my local Subaru where I purchased my car that my tires were in the yellow range and that I would have to pay approximately $600 for the next service. Needless to say I will have many questions at my dealership. I am very satisfied with the quality of the service and especially your agent. Please thank him for me again.
I had an excellent experience buying my Subaru from McDaniels. Clayton, Tristan, Jennifer, and everyone else were all wonderful and super helpful with the different options, info about the cars, and other questions I had. The two sales guys and the finance guy stayed late not only helping me, but other customers as well. I’m very impressed with this dealership and recommend anyone looking for a car to go to them!
Renae really made the entire experience of buying a car less stressful. She is low pressure and made sure all my questions were answered. She even braved Friday rush hour traffic to make sure all the documents I needed for the transaction were available.
